"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
My clients tell me I am curious, open-minded and supportive. I am passionate about creating safe space for those I am privileged to work with. My intention is that those I support feel heard, seen and felt.
I have worked in the healing arts for 30 years holding space for people as they have found resonance and healing through music. In addition I have trained and worked in the past under the direction of a Registered Clinical Counsellor in a lay counselling capacity.
More recently I have studied with the Embody Lab, The Centre for Collaboration, Motivation and Innovation, Martha Beck and Atira Tan.

As an Integration Coach I show up intentionally and wholeheartedly for each session. Connecting with those I work with is a profound honour and I remain committed to confidentiality with everyone I work with.
Coaching is my most meaningful work and I find it incredibly rewarding and moving to support individuals.
Michelle meets regularly for clinical supervision with a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has extensive experience and training in psychedelics and psychedelic therapy.
My own healing work is ongoing through personal therapy, courses, integration circles, retreats and relational healing. As a life-long learner, I enjoy reading and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
My personal integration practices include slowing down and finding my breath, embodiment practices, leaning into creativity by composing and crafting, being outside in nature, journaling, and moving my body (running, hiking, walking and dancing) as well as cold plunging year round.
I am honoured to live this one wild and precious life with a loving partner and two exceptional teenagers as well as a group of phenomenal friends. As I remain committed to personal growth, those I hold dear encourage me and call me out regularly on my stuff. 😀 The profound impacts of attunement, embodiment, coregulation and self compassion continue to be life changing for me and help me show up more authentically wherever I am.
Many of my closest people identify as neurodiverse and they remain some of my greatest teachers. My intention is that my legacy in life will be one of love.
A wise therapist I am privileged to learn from reminds me that integration is ongoing. I believe as we slow down and offer ourselves gentle compassion we are able to identify our patterns, get curious about them and allow what is under them to be revealed allowing deep personal expansion.
In the event you are feeling courageous enough to reach out I would be honoured to connect.
May your personal journey in life be expansive. May you find yourself gasping in delighted surprise in moments of wonder and awe. And may you come to know and love the incredible person who has always been living inside you even more as you journey.
